a little about me

Growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, one of my favorite things to do as a child was rummaging through my family's collection of old stage costumes, many of which were sewn by my grandmother for her nightclub acts.

After studying theatre performance in Boston, I moved to NYC and acted professionally. Clothes were an essential part of my process as an actor, and after some time I realized that I greatly enjoyed making artistic choices in costume. I carry a love of storytelling and a performer-centric approach in my work today.
